Tried out the new mill. Super nice! Ran 16 minutes warmup, then 8 x 1:00 fast, 1:00 slow, with fast being relative--7:30 -> 6:53 pace. Felt smooth, hope to keep a bit of turnover in the midst of the long(er) pre-RtB runs.
