| Lunch time run on the TM at the aqt center. Hill intervals from flat to 10%. alternated 1 min of hill and 2 min of recovery on flat. A nice, nice workout! I am going to steadily increase the duration of the hills to help me get ready for the hilly half that I have coming up in June. |

| Just for the fun of it, I thought I would try a 12 miler at the high school track. It was actually pretty enjoyable. I had the whole place to myself as it was late at night so I was able to change directions and/or lanes whenever I felt like it. It was a beautiful, quiet, breezy night. Not something I'm likely to do often but it was kind of a fun novelty. |

3 Miles on TM at aqt center before work. Lifted weights: Bench, curls, tri pressdown, lat pulldown, crunches My right leg is sore just below the knee. I noticed it after my long run on Saturday and it is still a little tender today. It's not the knee but an inch or so lower. It almost feels like a bruis on the bone. I have no idea what it is but I hope it goes away soon.

I ran one lap around the church/hill road route. Felt heavy and achy. One of the worst runs I have had in a long time. If they were all like this I would never run.

| Nice easy morning run out and back run from our house to BCreek. Legs still a little heavy but I had a much better attitude than Saturday so it ended up being a fairly pleasant run. Sunny and warm. |

| Very hilly country road run from YHill church to Stake Center in the evening. Timed it just perfect as the sun was going down and it was just getting dark just as I finished. I wish they all were this nice! |
