My right leg is sore just below the knee. I noticed it after my long run on Saturday and it is still a little tender today. It's not the knee but an inch or so lower. It almost feels like a bruis on the bone. I have no idea what it is but I hope it goes away soon.

NICE workouts.

Is it swollen or discolored? Hurts when running or flexing the knee? Hope it goes away soon.

Smooth, No swelling, slightly tender when I ran today. No discoloration, only tender to touch if I find just the right spot and press firmly.

Ice is the magic cure-all. 20 minutes 3 times per day. I hope it isn't anything big. Sounds just like some minor inflamation.

For me, they always go away when I stop thinking about them. When I get a new injury the old one isn't interesting anymore.
