3 Miles on TM at aqt center before work. Lifted weights: Bench, curls, tri pressdown, lat pulldown, crunches My right leg is sore just below the knee. I noticed it after my long run on Saturday and it is still a little tender today. It's not the knee but an inch or so lower. It almost feels like a bruis on the bone. I have no idea what it is but I hope it goes away soon.
