Nice 10 miler ran at about 9pm. Started at church and looped around (2 laps) Hill Road. Nice cool evening. Not too much traffic, which was nice. Not as hilly as last week and no wind.

Thanks for the attaboy, I need all the motivation I can get to keep up this training schedule. Speaking of training schedules, whats your next race and is your goal to BQ at it? Slick, I live in Oregon (just outside of Portland) and am training for a half marathon called the Helvetia half. I don't think there is anything specific you can do for me. Just watching your example on your blog and over at the forum flyers site keeps me motivated and instructed. I'll ask you questions from time to time though. Thanks again!
