Weights -lats and core.

Ran 7 dreadmill miles. Loved loved loved every second of it. I'm a strange girl I know...I find the joy in running even on the dreadmill

Mileage is a guess because I wasn't paying attention. I was flapping my yapper at Julie next to me on the stinking dreadmill. I hate the dreadmill. HATE IT. Do you understand danielson?

Those were sprinting miles just so ya know. And they hurt like a motha.

Weights working legs and buttocks. I left early because I am worn out.

 Ran 7 dreadmill miles. At least I have friends there to chat with!

Weights, shoulders. 

35 min elliptical and ran about 4 miles. I can't remember how far for sure....
