After traveling home from California yesterday, and sitting in the car forever, this morning I woke up ready to go!

Ran 4 miles on the trail in 28 minutes. Was quite glad to see my pace is dropping. Those San Juan hills must have done a little bit o something...

I think I will keep this as a fun thing to focus on this next 4-5 weeks until I start Boston training. I will see if I can chip away at time for a 4 mile run.

This morning's weather was perfect. I know we need snow, but I won't cry if it ends up like last year :-)

Ran 6 miles about 6 pm in the dark. I call it the warm fuzzy Christmas light run. I had fun! I ran our trail too. I'm proud of myself for my bravery. Yep :)

Strength training for about 25 minutes.

1 hr 10 minutes on the elliptical -very hard sweaty effort.

Another Christmas light run is in the plans for the pm!

7 this morning rather pathetically, if I do so say myself. Loser!

14 minutes on the elliptical.

Saw Brandon Dase' bright smile this morning at the gym. He is a running machine.

Yesterday I had some kind of tendon pain near my calf/inner side. So I didn't think I would be waking up to do anything today. Turns out I am ok? I am confused because it hurt a lot yesterday. I woke up and had zero pain. It was 7:15 so to late to drive up and meet Jun, Matt, Rad and co. (so sorry guys!) So I ran from my house up the trail then onto the hill of canyon road. I felt so strong this morning. No fatigue, and I feel as though I am efficiently using oxygen at a higher threshold now.  The tempo back down hill was awesome. I felt like I was flying!  :)

10 miles avg pace 7:20
