After traveling home from California yesterday, and sitting in the car forever, this morning I woke up ready to go!

Ran 4 miles on the trail in 28 minutes. Was quite glad to see my pace is dropping. Those San Juan hills must have done a little bit o something...

I think I will keep this as a fun thing to focus on this next 4-5 weeks until I start Boston training. I will see if I can chip away at time for a 4 mile run.

This morning's weather was perfect. I know we need snow, but I won't cry if it ends up like last year :-)

4 in 28 is super fast, great job. We are so lucky to have this great weather, I don't care if it snows at all. Well maybe for Christmas, but besides that bring on the sun.

It was a beautiful weather morning! 4 miles in 28 minutes is flying. That 'Lily' speed is coming right back to you!

I wont cry if it ends up like last year either. I've really been thankful for this weather. We need snow in the mountains, but down in the city... I'm fine without!

You are pretty fast and prestigious.
