I figure I may as well blog my x-training right? Lifted yesterday, so today was just cardio. 59 min on the elliptical. I wasn't going to give it the satisfaction of a WHOLE hour of my life :) 20 min on the step mill. I got my booty kicked on this. Haven't done it in about a year? Crazy sweaty workout. I needed that. I think I burned about 1050 calories this morning. I am missing my morning runs very much. I am moved to tears probably twice a day. It's usually if I get near one of the roads on my loops/routes. Or the feel of beautiful sunny weather. But most esp when I see people out running. Like I did this morning on my way to use a silly machine to get my heart rate up :( Today is day 5 without running. 10 more to go. I can do this.
