24 minutes elliptical, then 20 minutes step mill. Strength training. I ran on my calf today while my kids were playing in the park. I felt nothing. No pain, no limping. Nada. Don't you all worry, I will still wait one more week to make sure it's nice and healed.... I felt the arrow shoot to 10 on the excited ticker. I know this calf will fully heal. I know it.
