Strength trained this morning. Fun. Not. (This will be a run on paragraph. Updating via crackberry). Then I did 20 minutes of a speed training setting on the step mill. And 32 minutes hardcore of elliptical hell. Ummmmmm somehow I think this cardio is not helping get my calf better. it hurt afterwards! I'm now contemplating total rest from all cardio. I really think my calf needs complete rest. This sucks! I can't believe this is happening to me. |
