Ran 11 today with a tad of weight lifting after wards. As soon as Mother Nature mellows her temper out, I am so breaking outside for the runs.

8 miles on the eliptical today. (1 1/2 hrs).  Abs.

Tried something different today. Lifted weights before my cardio workout. Then did some funky machine (can't remember what it's called but looks like doing high knees)  for 25 min. Then I ran with my friend Julie for 8 miles.

Worked on the high knees machine again for 35 minutes. Then ran 7.50 with Julie. Lifted abs, arms and legs.

6 miles today. And lot's of ab resistance work after wards.

I ran 14 miles today. I feel so accomplished. I have never run over 13.1 miles in the last 8 years running. I am beaming today :)  But don't try to entice- I still have no desire to run a marathon. 

*Side note*  I feel like I could go out and run another 10 or so. What's up with that?
