Ran 11.20 today. Got to 8 miles in 58.23 time wise. I have gained a few lbs. and now I'm on a mission to burn it back off. Cuz nobody likes a bigger arse. :)

This morning I ran 10.20. It felt really good. I did abs, arms, and legs (circuit training). I read this article this morning. I don't even know what body fat percentage I am at, but by the looks of the pictures, I want to be an 18-20 %.  I hear most dudes say they like their girl to have at least a little meat on her bones.
