Weights -Chest and lats. I combined them because dadgummit, I am sick of weight lifting everyday. Tomorrow I'm breaking from it and doing sprints at the track. YES! :)

45 min elliptical hell and 5.5 miles running. I was going to do the track today but as usual, the cold and the dark dissuaded me. Maybe in a month it won't be so cold and as dark?

It was still a good run and the best part was when I got to sing Happy Birthday into the Gold's gym P.A. with 2 other girls to Merri! Wait......I let the other 2 girls sing while I giggled. I couldn't do it. But I tried  :)

20 min elliptical. 5 miles of sprint on offs -held them for one minute each. Worked legs in the weights, then box jumps and some core work before I left home.

Ran 8 miles and picked it up the last 15-20 minutes. Ran listening to Johnny Cash and it made me laugh a little!

Ran 8 tm miles and it was ok since I had good tunes and the tv on. Lifted some random weights afterwards.
