Weights -Chest and lats. I combined them because dadgummit, I am sick of weight lifting everyday. Tomorrow I'm breaking from it and doing sprints at the track. YES! :)

It's just so....boring. I am so sick of it. There are no words. I am going to the track tomorrow for sure. I need to break it up. I am going down to 3 days a week lifting and that's it.

I hear ya - I'm down to zero days a week lifting (from zero) :-) Hitting the track tomorrow sounds a lot better!
