Weights -worked legs and as usual. I hate leg day :(
28 min elliptical hell. It was hell!
Ran 3.5 miles. I plan to do another afternoon run later.

Yeah Lily you should come. We are meeting at 9am at the Tabernacle in Provo and running the Provo City Half marathon course. I could pick you up on my way up. :)

I really want to come girlies but I have very little endurance right now. 7 miles is all I can muster out. I dropped my steady mileage in Oct. After 7 miles I fade FAST. I really want to but it's a bad idear for me. Maybe in a month or 2 I'll be back up to that mileage.
