I think the two unknown trainers on the biggest loser last night should have been Richard Simmons and Chuck Norris :)

2 mile warm up on the treadmill at a 7:50 pace.  I ran twice yesterday, once in the morning and once in the evening, so my legs felt heavy this morning. So I was banished to elitpical hell for 1 hr and 8 minutes. Then I hobbled back to the treadmill where Julie and Roy the meat head were waiting for me to chitty chat. So another 2.5 on the treadmill. Running then walking on an incline. Merri joined us after awhile as well. Fun times! :)

I talked so much that last 30 min of my workout that by the time I looked at the clock it was a little after 7. Yikes! Hubby leaves around this time. So I worked with my free weights a bit at home. :)

And now I will spend the rest of my morning sipping hot chocolate and going through my new VS magazine picking out my new swim wear 2011.... suggestions? Concerns? Lay it on me peeps

Ok, in all honesty, VS bathing suits? I've never been a super fan of theirs. They are kinda standard.

Ooooooo Jun, true be that. They are standard however the last couple years I notice they are trying to break out of their shell. I did see a couple so far that I like.

All I can say is that all of you in UT rock. I am pretty sure I don't belong on this blog because (a) I am from PA and (b) you all kick my butt when it comes to distance and times for running. But I love reading what you all are doing and it motivates me. I actually put on my blog that I braved it out and ran in 23 degree weather yesterday. I now realize I am a wimp and for you guys 23 would feel like summer.

Booger, . . . . I mean Bugger, come on, 23 is pretty dang cold. Well, it's sorta cold . . . unless the sun is out and then it's a balmy spring day. Ha. And only Lily and Allie are fast. People like me are slow.

LOL booger....ahahaha But really....Bugger 23 is cold, but after the last week 23 actually feels better. However I am still a winter time whimp and I do loose some outside fitness until spring, then I have to work harder to get it back+speed and it's an all around pain in my asprin.

Okay, so I'm a nerd - didn't get VS until I googled it. Thought I'd take a look at what their suits are all about - NOPE! The domain is blocked on my computer for inappropriate content :) (Bugger, you sure you want to get involved with us crazy Utahns?) I was happy that my computer caught such sites, but dang! Oh well...I personally avoid swimsuits and shopping for them at all costs! They are nasty evil things that just make me depressed and hate my body, so I think I will be going with the burkini this year.

Bugger, 23 IS cold! If you notice, most of us are running on a TM inside. Plus, you want slow...you can come on over to my site and then you will feel like speedster!

I got a VS swimsuit last year, I was very disappointed when I saw someone wearing the exact same one at the pool one day. Grrr.... I actually really like Delias swim suits. I haven't looked this year, but my favorite one from last year was from delias.com.
