I pasted it into my blogger blog Burt.
Kept it short on here. :)
Allie sorry to miss you this morning. My husbands winter wonderland camping schedule didn't work with me.

That's the way. Get it done regardless of the weather. Its how you set yourself up for a big spring. I think the cold weather stretches like that are, in some ways, an advantage for us. You find out how bad you want it during the winter.

Nice job getting out there!

You have some serious determination, thats very inspiring. I'm the kind of person that sleeps with a down comforter in July, always cold. I can't even fathom how you made yourself take the first step out the door. Way to be committed Lily!

Ahh thanks matt and Rachel. Not going to lie, the first mile outside was kind if painful. And my chest has hurt off and in all day presumably from the smoggy air. This is going to be tough.

Way to go Lily. I was complaining about the cold this am before we started and JulieC reminded me that Dean Karnazas ran a marathon in -100 degree weather on the north pole. It really is running in conditions like today that build character and make us stronger.
With that said 6am on Tuesday 8 mile loop at mi casa. :):)
