I know, I know. I should be tapering. Starting tomorrow I promise...

 3.50 miles running with speed intervals. 45 minutes on the eliptical.

Lifted a few weights and worked core. Came home and ran 5.60 on the river trail loop.

Taper can now begin I think.

Normally I think people over-taper, but not surprisingly, you don't fit the mold.

I have no doubt you'll run a great time. (But just think how much nicer it will be running on fresh legs!)
