Running on little sleep today. Went to sleep at midnight, woke up at 4:30. Today I will most definitely need a nap. Worked on the eliptical for an hour and a half. Lifted weights as quick as I could, worked core as quick as I could. Bought a protein bar and a drink at the pro shop. Outa there. Knee's are sore. Why is this? I never have problems with my knees. It's 7:20 and I've already taken 800 mg ibuprofen, worked out, stretched and showered. Nice.
