Alright,just for Jun today I mixed things up a bit by running FIRST on the tm for 7 miles. I did speed work. I prefer to do my speed work on the tm vs. outside, just because I feel I have full control over it. My pony tail was flipping sweat so bad by the time I was done. Then I did the elliptical for a whopping 18 minutes. Did some other random things in the weights.....to lazy to blog about it. Today is a nap day for sure zzzzzzzzzzzz |
