Gym @ 4:45, elliptical for 47 minutes. Worked core for 12 min. Went home and ran river trail loop twice plus a little diversion towards the end 7.26 miles total.

Tru that - U are throwin it down... btw - Powell... awesome. We ended up staying in Good Hope bay...unbelievable water. I hear you though.. I'm sure I'm up the powell 10!!
