9.25 miles running this morning and then 10 minutes on the eliptical. Circuit training, abs and then home. I get to starve for 7 hours today because I am having blood and urine drawn for life insurance. Sweet.

Oh I love having blood and urine samples taken :) I get to do the same thing on Wed. You know those sweet glucose tests we all love so much. Nice job on the miles!
