Weights -lats. 21 min elliptical. Left home and ran 7 miles outside. Awesome. A little windy tho. It took my breath away a few times. Also, my eyes watered pretty hard core. My fingers were the only thing that got cold. Any suggestions anyone?

I have a mitten from Saucony that has taken care of my hands to the mid-teens so far (the winter hasn't been any colder for me) and no hand warmers (but I do have them). My hands tend to freeze like no ones business.
