Alright, just for Jun today I mixed things up a bit by running FIRST on the tm for 7 miles. I did speed work. I prefer to do my speed work on the tm vs. outside, just because I feel I have full control over it. My pony tail was flipping sweat so bad by the time I was done. Then I did the elliptical for a whopping 18 minutes. Did some other random things in the weights.....to lazy to blog about it. Today is a nap day for sure zzzzzzzzzzzz

i love flinging sweat when i run on the TM. in fact, i do it on purpose so nobody runs next to me. i have this thing about smelling people's breath when they are running. i don't handle it well. in fact, i get violent.

good job on the speedwork and other random things. hope you get a nap.

nevels has taught me his sweat flicking ways on the treadmill. i used to have this guy get next to me and continually hit on me and it drove me c-r-a-z-y. nevels told me all i had to do was flick sweat on him... he was right! worked like a charm :)

Gross! Real ladies don't sweat. LOL!

My sweat levels were off the charts this morning.

Burt, your sweat levels are always off the charts, as verified in your workout video.

Lily, thank you for switching things up. I was about to freak out on you.

Nothing like a good sweat-fest. Let's you know you're alive. As for the tM.. It's been a little liberating not running on it for a few months - I won't lie.

I actually went out and ran on the road last night. It was FUN.

gettin' sweaty is also very fun, and you have been doing quite a lot of it lately. :P

Allie what's your goal time for Saturday?

"as verified in your workout video" LOL Jun!!

Oreo I haven't run inside much for awhile either and I agree with the liberation thing. Nothing like sweating outside where everyone and their dogs (literally) can see you. :)

Scott you know it!

time goal a: break 3, brake free

time goal b: if UTA cooperates, i'll jump onto a bus at mile 5 and get to the finish in 30 minutes. so about 1:10.

time goal c: if KP cooperates, she will pace me on her rollerblades at 4:00 pace. so about 1:45.

From RAD on Wed, Jul 21, 2010 at 15:09:05 from 67.172.229.125

lol! allie, I'm going with time goal B: get to the finish dry and refreshed!

Nice work on the TM Lily! It's too hot even at 2am to run lately, so the TM is a good option. Long hair pony's flinging sweat isn't fun!
