The BBK's met at my house this morning.  We ran easy for 3.6 miles.  Then we ran a 25 minute tempo run.  We did some hill repeats on the Lampton View hill.  Then we ran back to my house.  I didn't have to get my older kids off, so Kelli joined me for another 2.5 easy miles.  Average pace for the first 3.6 - 9:14, and for the last 8 miles- 8:31.

We met a Kelli's house for our Saturday run.  It was a great run, but the best part of the whole morning was the yummy Dole fruit popsicle she gave us after.  Thank you Kelli.  We should do that every week.  It was hot today.  Average pace 8:17.
