Today was one of those days that I could have just run forever.  The weather was perfect and I kept the pace nice and easy.  I ran from my house to the trail out 4 and back.  I even ran into RivertonPaul and had a nice chat for a few minutes.  Average pace 9:00.

I met the BBK's at 9800 S. and 40th West.  We warmed up for about 4 miles.  Then we ran 6 x 1/2 mile repeats with a short recovery after each.  The pace was 5k to 10k pace.  Then we ran a mile of 30 seconds on 30 seconds off.  That was tough.  I pushed pretty hard.  Then we ran back to the cars.  It was a hard workout.  Average pace overall 8:22.

I met the BBK's at Parkway Palisades.  We warmed up for about 3.5 miles.  Then we ran a hard one mile up and down the big PP hill with a recovery on the flat.  Then we did a 3 mile tempo.  I really wanted to slow down but Cheris was great and wouldn't let me.  It was so hard.  After a short recovery,  I ran one more fast mile then ran slow back to my car.  My upper body was sore from pushing on all the uphills.  I was so tired all day.  I  took a short nap after work and then I felt much better.  Average pace 8:28.

Met some of the BBK's at Cheris' house for a very hilly course.  I was so tired today.  I fell back in the last 1/2 mile and ran pretty slow to finish.  It was nice having Spencer from the blog join us.  Average pace 8:49.
