Ran with Lisa this morning.  It was 48 degrees but very windy going South.  I felt way overdressed running with the wind.  Overall a great run.  Average pace 8:12.

Met the BBK's at Bingham.  I'm tired of the wind.  It was 32 degrees and very windy.  We warmed up for about 4 miles.  Then we kind of broke into groups and did different things.  Cheryl, Cheris, Kris and I did 1, 2 and 3 minute intervals, with easy running in between.  We pushed pretty hard, but we did a good job recovering.  We cooled down with an easy mile at the end.  Average pace 8:33.

I did the usual 7 mile loop with Lisa.  I left Taylor's car at the school for her and ran home from there.  I was tired today.  I came home, got my kids off and took a nap for an hour.  I feel much better.  Average pace for the last 5 miles was 8:30.  I forgot to start it at the beginning.

Met the BBKs at 10200 S. and 40th W.  After the warm up, Cheryl had a run planned for us.  We did a short tempo run.  Then we did some hill repeats up and down the hill in front of the temple.  Then we did one more short tempo run and cooled down around the park.  Thanks Cheryl.  It was fun.  You made Jerry's day with that hill workout.  Average pace 8:33.
