It feels good to have the first 20 miler out of the way.  We started the run at my house at 6:00 this morning.  Cheris, Michelle M., Kevin, Aaron and I were there.  John met us at the hospital and ran the last 10 with us.  It was very windy.   I felt good, but I could tell my legs were pretty tired the last few miles.  Average pace 8:37.

Nice job on you 20 too!! What are you training for? How many 20's do you do before a marathon? Our schedule said to only do one. It's a first time marathon schedule. But I am afraid that won't be enough. Is it?? If it's not, lie to me and tell me that it is..: )

It sounds like you had a great run. At that pace I could have seen you at the start for about 2 seconds.

I'm training for St. George. How about you? I did a 19 miler two weeks ago, 20 today and then 21 in two weeks. I'm no expert, but it seems to work for me. I'm sure you will be fine with one 20. I think that's at I did for my first one. I'm excited to see how you do.

If I hadn't already worked out a route for my 18 I probably would've joined y'all! I was kind of hoping I'd run into you on the parkway, but that luck wasn't in the cards today :( I did see Melanie though.

Can't wait to see everyone again, I may join you next Saturday. How far is everyone planning on running?

Rachel- That would've been fun to see you yesterday. We would love to have you join us next week if it works out for you. I think we will be running 13-15. I just do what Cheris is doing:) Hopefully you can run with us soon.
