Had a nice and uneventful run with Lisa this morning.  It was 50 outside and a little chilly.  I've decided my shoes have finally bit the dust.  I think 600 miles is about my limit.  Average pace 8:46.

New shoes is a love/hate thing with me. I LOVE new shoes, but hate to pay for them! :) Nice work on the run!

You must have run earlier than I did because I thought it was hot this morning. I like new shoes except for paying for them.
