Something is messed up in my lower right leg. Jogged a little with the team.
We did 12 60 second intervals. I felt pain in my right leg right when we started but I made it through that workout. It worries me that I can't see what is wrong with my leg. It's a deep hurt.
I ran a good paced 10. My feet are still messed up but I can't keep resting them or else I will get out of shape.
