I PR'd on this course baby! It wasn't a very competitive race. As soon as the race started "The Man Child" and Ryan Newman took off and I was behind them by a ways, and thats pretty much the whole story of this race. I ran by myself until this older guy caught up to and passed me for about half a mile, I re-caught and passed him up.

Early PM: I got out and ran by myself in the heat of the day. I was still way tired from Enterprise. I was supposed to run last night but I had a hot date, so I never got around to it. I think I will try and run tonight. Started out good sucked later on in this run.
