I ran 2 with Marieta then went out on my own. I started way too late and Vegas heat was a factor. I tried to connect a trail to another one I ran months ago. Unfortunately I got lost and wasn't able to find the connection. I ran 6 up to Palo Verde High School and decided to make it a negative split run. 14.07 miles

AM- Ran from my house to my parents staying on the paved trails. 8.63 miles 

PM- Started a run out on a dirt road in Little Valley at night. Not the best idea but I gave into George's idea. Marieta tripped about a half mile into it so I took care of her.

AM- I didn't feel like slowing down Aaron and Clinton for 200s this morning without Derek so I decided to do my own run. I needed to pick up my Fitbit from my parents so I started a run from there. Ran out to Hell Hole with a little Sandbergs action. Once I bottomed out at HH I did 16 60 second intervals with equal recovery. I felt smooth and fast. 10 minute cool after. 10.01 miles 

PM- Went out a little before 6 to see what the heat was all about. 3.11 miles
