I'll consider today my first day of training for XC and the STG marathon. I have a long road ahead of me to get in shape! I am confident that I can get to where I want to go. Just need to be dedicated and feed off these PVXC kids.
Got out late because I work all day! Realized I need to slow my roll. When I let myself out of shape then try and run I burn myself out quick. I need to relax and slow the pace so I can build my mileage.
