3 mile AT this morning.
.5 mile warm-up. Did a 7 miler up into Green Springs. Jeff, Willy, and I got seperated from the rest of the group and never met up again.
I didn't feel good at all today. I did 4 tempo miles with GOOLD, Danny, and Fre.
