Virgin River Half Marathon (Ross's Version). Ross wanted to run a 1:43 so I helped him with pacing. Enjoyed the course and spending some time together. I think he takes satifsaction in knowing he would've won his age group had he actually run the race.

Ran Texas Roadhouse with the girls then a couple laps with Elinda, half laps with Ave and Em, something with Bungus. Boys "barked twice" so I jumped in with them for a new loop (to me). 5.14 miles 

Glad I ran a little extra this morning because I didn't run with the team in the afternoon. Too much sickness going around.

PM1- Nice little cupcake (or something) loop with Rake, Tall T and TS. 3.27 miles 

PM2- Started at the Dixie Center and went up past the skate park. Then just kind of went with the wind to get 5 miles. 5.1 miles

Started the week with Ross so might as well end it. Went suicidal and ran into some snow. It’s always an amazing trail but today was particularly nice. Ran into Reese at the top. Ross took a tumble and popped his shirt off to stop the bleeding. He wouldn’t even take one of my 2 shirts I was wearing. 11.21 miles
