Started with the boys for 2 miles then fell back hoping other groups would catch me. I should’ve turned around to find people but I stupidly made a slow loop. I really tried to bring my pace down but I didn’t have much to give. Back at the park I saw Elin Holt and Tevye Geddes crushing so I tried to keep up for the last couple of minutes. 8.95 miles
Solid mileage week for me just hope I get my energy back.
