AM- Ran down Riverside and up trail to nowhere. Fell behind on the strides when my calves blew up. took a short cut to catch up with the boys. 5.67 miles 

PM- I think this was my fastest time ever. Had to really move to hold off Ian. Went and cheered some people on. 1.41 miles
