Headed the opposite direction on the JRT. Made it to Taylorsville and had a dog sprinting at me. I was ready to throw hands/paws but it backed off. Picked up the pace on the trek back to West Jordan so I could pass a dude. Hamstring didn’t like the acceleration so I eased off. 9.01 miles
