Warm up with freshman crew. 5,5,5 progression with Sebastian. Then I was all over the place. A couple minutes with Will (Miles), with All Legs and Joey, and a tough push with Jake and AJJ. Cool with different groups plus some extra minutes with Mama W. 6.13 miles
Weights. PVMS>PVHS (as far as weight rooms are concerned)
