AM- Sullivan. Ran with the boys down the river. Added some minutes with Rush Mills but not Bridger Jaggi. 6.56 miles 

PM- Snow Canyon. My brother Jake was getting a longer run tonight so Ross and I joined. I ran ahead to take advantage of the nice downhills. Felt nauseous by 5 miles and survived the rest of the way. Ran through the new golf course area. 13.5 miles / 7:30 mile pace
