AM- Solid morning run with Jason running around Sandy trails. Then ran around the mall with the team. 8.09 miles 

PM- Running around the State course. Girls took 2nd to a great Cedar team. Boys took 4th with Trey taking the W. Great season! The kids are really getting a good culture going ! 2.22 miles
