AM- On my way to practice some idiot illegally passed me after man o war bridge. About 5 seconds a cop pulled him over. I was laughing as I drove by. 40 with Coach W, Cole, and some "fighting for varsity" squad of girls. 4.69 miles 

PM- Trail running and mountain exploring out between Diamond and Dammeron Valley with George. We both lacked energy but made the best of it. 5.55 miles

3. Bondi (although I busted out of mine)

Nepali was great for the price but they don’t make them anymore.

The Rincon 3 has been amazing so far.
