AM- Warm up with Holt setting up the course. Then warm up with girls. Initially I wanted to run with the girls then Luke was like "my goal is to beat you." So I picked up the pace and dropped Luke about a mile into it. I didn't feel great. Tried to track down Coleman. Brooklyn almost caught me. Team did really well overall. Cooled with kids then added on my own. 10.04 miles
