AM- Hit up the VRRT from Navajo Lake. Love that trail. 11.04 miles 

AM2- 5 with Marieta running by the cabin. Not a great outing for M. 5.14 miles 
 

PM- Milked some more in the woods. Started with my brother Jared. He had me leave him so he could meditate. 3.82 miles
