AM- Sandbergs with the boys. Gabe did a pretty nice dive into the pond. Branched off with Taiven, Parker, and Porter for level 1 minutes. Then I added and found the level 3 boys. I wanted to hit about 8 miles so I went to extend again and got rained on with no clouds in the sky. It was pretty neat. 8.02 miles 

PM- Running out by Sand Mountain then some swimming at the dam. It was pretty full with some cliff jumping opportunities. Then a jog back to the car. 3.41 miles
