AM- I rode with Marieta to Majestic Fields Elementary (her work) and ran home. The weather was good but my knee was hurting more than usual. I'll keep taking more steps to stretch and take care of it. 9.11 miles 

PM- 3 in the heat with Marieta. Up on the new trail across from Stone Cliff. 3.01 miles
