| Lunch- Beautiful, 70 deg day. Ultimate frisbee- perfect weather. My team won 5-3. We had 1 fewer players but a bit more stacked team- I didn't have to run as much as usual.

| AM- easy 8 miles outside on the track and GE trail, 61 or 62 minutes. Brisk today, under 50 deg when I started my run. I actually wore long sleeves and light gloves, the first time I've worn those probably since March or April.
Just about finished listening to the Dan Carlin WWI podcast. What a well spent 26 hours. He does an amazing job with those, very informative.

| AM- 4 easy. taking off work on account of my birthday
Lunch- went to work to play ultimate. Because if you can't choose to play frisbee on your birthday, what kind of birthday is it, anyway? My team won 5-2 and then a second game 2-1. Such beautiful weather.
