| PM- PM with Seth and Aaron. It was the hottest day of the year, upper 80's, but cloudy so it actually wasn't terrible. I felt much better than yesterday.

| Frisbee Friday on Thursday due to expected rain tomorrow. I couldn't run first as I was coming from Lasik evaluation (I'm thinking about it- anyone have any recommendations one way or the other?). Fun game, though too many people for our field- 7 vs 7

| AM- 8 on the GE track. Overcast, hint of rain. Felt pretty good.
Lunch- Frisbee Friday. 5 v 6, I was on the team down a man, so even more running. Fun times.

| AM- 14 on Georgia Rd loop. Started slow a sluggish around 8 min pace, gradually increased till last 2 miles were just under 14 min. 1:46. I don't think I've gone longer than 14 miles or 1:50 since Western States last June. Perfect weather for a run, mid-50's and a little breeze.
