| Lunch- 5 running then ultimate frisbee. My team was overmatched today and I was the only one with much speed/endurance, so I ended up running much more than usual. It was tough, plus hot. Felt good, lots of fun. I'm counting those as speedwork.

| PM- Paris Mtn by myself as Barry bailed. It was hot, I was tired. More walking than usual, plus 2 sit breaks. Pretty quiet- I didn't see anyone for the first 70 min, then saw lots of people the remainder of the way. 10.5 miles in 1:50 or so.

| Lunch- ultimate frisbee first, then 45 min run with Jason on the GE trail. Saw a black snake and turkey.
This has been one of my busier weeks at work in a long time. I was at work from 6:50 am till 8:30 pm today, minus my lunch run. Time really goes quick all week when you are busy.

| AM- beautiful weather for a run. 10.5 miles. First mile was 7:40, last was 7:10. 76 min, I think.
We bought tickets to go to India yesterday, leaving in October. My wife and I are going, along with our oldest daughter, while Marci's oldest sister babysits our kids.
