Borah track - 43:19 I'll call this one a moral victory. I did not want to get out and run at 9:00 pm and when I started, my body felt horrible. But I just kept jogging, and then did 4 x 200 (average 39) and 3 x 50m hard at the track. Really feel out of sorts, but glad I got out. Weights - 15 minutes |
